West Ham – Tottenham – Review for 24.10.2021

West Ham United hosts Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium in a match from the 9th
round of the Premier League. Keep up with us and our football best betting tips. Here we
go!

West Ham continue to perform strongly under the management of David Moyes. At this
moment the Hammers are 7th in the Premier League standings with 14 points won. They
have won half of their matches so far and lost just twice. Some West Ham fans were
sceptical when Moyes was appointed as manager, but now we can see how good he’s
coaching the team.

Last weekend West Ham achieved their 4th win for the season. The Hammers had a very
tough visit to Liverpool to face Moyes’ former club Everton. Everything went according to
the plan, though – one goal was enough for West Ham to secure the the win. It was the
centre-back Angelo Ogbonna who scored the winning goal in the 74th minute. The Italian
found the net after an assist from Jarrod Bowen.

Tottenham Hotspur found a way to recover after suffering three consecutive losses in the
league. Now Spurs are enjoying a run of two consecutive wins and they hope to make it
three in a row. In the previous round Nuno Santo’s team faced Newcastle United at the St.
James’ Park and achieved a difficult 3-2 win. Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Kane and Son
Heung-Min scored for the visitors. Kane also made an assist, so it was a very good game
for him.

It’s an interesting fact that Nuno Santo didn’t make any substitutions against Newcastle –
that’s something we rarely see in football. He had players like Bergwijn, Gil, Lo Celso and
Dele Alli on the bench, but preferred not to use them for some reason.
It was Harry Kane's first goal in the Premier League for the 2021/22 season. Some fans
are worried by his difficulties to score since the start of the season which is
understandable – he’s a vital part of the team. But now Kane opened his account so maybe
he’s about to improve in the next few months. This would be a massive boost for Spurs.
That’s the football best betting tips for the Premier League game between West Ham
United and Tottenham Hotspur. Just one point separates these two teams in the standings
so we can’t say there’s a huge difference in their quality. West Ham have the advantage to
play at home, though.
